Refund Policy

No-Refund Policy

At We Got Rhythm Studio, we believe music education should be flexible, accessible, and free from unnecessary commitments. That's why we provide students with opportunities to explore our services before purchasing a membership.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This includes monthly memberships, trial lesson packages, unused lessons, and missed appointments.

Try Before You Commit

We want every student to feel confident before making a financial commitment. That's why we offer:

  • FREE 30-Minute Introductory Session: Meet our instructors, discuss your musical goals, ask questions, and discover whether our studio is the right fit for you.

  • Two-Lesson Trial Package: Experience personalized instruction before committing to a monthly membership.

  • No Long-Term Contracts: Enjoy the freedom of monthly subscriptions without long-term obligations.

  • Cancel Anytime: Cancel your membership whenever you choose to prevent future renewals, subject to the applicable billing deadline.

Lesson Cancellations and Rescheduling

Although payments are non-refundable, we understand that schedules can change.

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancel or reschedule lessons without penalty when providing at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

  • Late Cancellations: Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited unless covered by our sick-day makeup policy.

  • Sick-Day Makeup Lesson: Students receive one makeup lesson per month when illness prevents attendance, even with less than 24 hours' notice.

  • Instructor Cancellations: If an instructor cancels a lesson, students will be given an opportunity to reschedule. Any legally required remedies remain available.

Membership Cancellations

Memberships automatically renew monthly until canceled.

Students may cancel their subscriptions at any time without cancellation penalties. Cancellation prevents future renewals when completed before the applicable renewal deadline.

Previously processed payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
