1. Memberships and Subscriptions

We Got Rhythm Studio offers subscription-based online music education without long-term contracts.

  • Memberships include four private online lessons per monthly billing period.

  • Lesson durations depend on the membership package selected.

  • Memberships include access to weekly workshops, educational resources, and student progress reports.

  • Memberships automatically renew monthly until canceled.

  • Membership prices and billing dates are displayed before purchase.

  • Students may cancel their membership at any time without a cancellation penalty.

Membership cancellation stops future renewals. Any applicable refund or remaining lesson entitlement is determined by the refund and cancellation policies disclosed at enrollment.

2. Flexible Lesson Scheduling

Students have the freedom to schedule lessons around their availability.

  • Lessons are booked through the studio's online scheduling system.

  • Students may select available dates and times on the studio calendar.

  • A fixed weekly schedule is not required.

  • All bookings are subject to instructor availability.

  • Students are responsible for scheduling their included lessons.

  • Monthly Sick-Day Makeup Lesson: Students are eligible for one makeup lesson per month when illness prevents attendance, including cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson.

  • Instructor Cancellations: If an instructor must cancel, the student will be offered an alternative lesson time and/or let the student book at their convenience.

All rescheduled and makeup lessons are subject to available booking times.

4. Payments and Billing

Membership payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

  • Subscription charges recur according to the billing schedule disclosed at checkout.

  • Students or their authorized guardians are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

  • Membership pricing may vary depending on lesson duration or selected package.

  • Any changes to membership pricing will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law.

5. Membership Cancellation

We believe students should continue learning music because they enjoy it, not because they are locked into a contract.

Memberships can be canceled at any time through the cancellation method provided by the studio.

Cancellation of a membership does not entitle the student to a refund for a previously paid billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy disclosed at purchase and applicable consumer protection laws.
